WORKER’S MEMORIAL

Each year, the AFL/CIO Niagara Orleans Central Labor Council and United Way welcomes elected officials and communty members to honor and remember those who lost their lives due to work related injuries or illness.
BATTLE OF THE BANKS
Wednesday, May 22
Community bartending event featuring four local bank branches competing for who can bring in the most tips during their shift! All proceeds benefit United Way, and in turn will contribute to funding youth programs throughout the region.
DAY OF CARING
Wednesday, June 5
Bringing our community together by making a tangible impact on the area we all live and work in through community service projects throughout Niagara County and the Tonawandas.
LABOR’S NIGHT AT THE RACES
Friday, June 14
Hosted by the AFL/CIO Niagara Orleans Central Labor Council each year and held at the Ransomville Speedway, the event hosts over 700 people and is open to the public, providing local labor the opportunity to give back to the community they live and work in.
