On June 17, 2022, the Annual Labor's Night at the Races to Benefit United Way will be held at Ransomville Speedway. This is a night where local labor gives back to the community they live and work in. This fundraising event is open to the community, bringing attention to the United Way of Greater Niagara and to the agencies who give help and hope to those in need.

Last year, over 700 tickets were sold for the event which included food and drink, party tent admission, a 50/50 raffle and more. The proceeds of the event, a donation of $16,000, were then gifted back to UWGN to kick-off last year's Annual Campaign. Over the years, "Labor's Night" has raised a total of $148,300 in support of United Way programs.
