    • The Boy Scouts of America, in partnership with local schools, religious institutions, businesses and civil organizations, is a program for boys ages 7-21 and girls ages 14-21. For each stage in a child's life, Scouting has a specifically designed program that is age specific. The Cub Scout program is for boys in grades 1st - 5th and utilizes activities, quality time and creativity to emphasize to youth to do their best. Boy Scouts, for boys grades 6th and up, utilizes adventure, advancement and the out-of doors in providing youth with leadership and team building skill. The Venturing program is for boys and girls ages 14-21 that provide positive experiences to help young people mature and to prepare them to become responsible and caring adults. Exploring, also for boys and girls ages 14-21, is another program designed for career awareness and education in youth. Scouting helps our youth appreciate their community, education, and natural environment in focusing on activities that build character, citizenship and personal fitness.
